1. Nature of Services

Ember Ground offers somatic education, embodiment practices, intimacy education, and relational coaching. This work is experiential, educational, and exploratory in nature.

The services provided do not constitute medical advice, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a replacement for medical services

If you are experiencing acute psychological distress, trauma-related symptoms, or medical concerns, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified medical professional.

By engaging in this work, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after sessions.

2. Scope & Consent

Participation in sessions is voluntary. You may choose the level of engagement that feels safe and appropriate for you at all times.

You understand that somatic and intimacy-focused work may involve emotional awareness, body-based practices, reflection, and discussion, and you agree to engage at your own pace and within your own boundaries.

3. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. Ember Ground does not store or have access to your full payment details.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session unless for an emergency on a case by case basis

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

• If Ember Ground needs to reschedule a session, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information and session content are treated with care and confidentiality.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected through this website or booking process is used solely for communication, scheduling, and service delivery.

Data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in services offered by Ember Ground, you agree that Ember Ground is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from your participation.
